Work Schedule:

Full Time Position, scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. This is a hybrid position for WI & IL residents; when onsite, you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct., Middleton, WI.

We are seeking a Program Manager - Travel and Expense to:

  • Lead and assist staff and provide overall direction of the department
  • Collaborate with external departments to understand concerns and develop plans and trainings to improve areas of concern
  • Stay up to date with IRS regulations impacting travel and expense reimbursements
  • Develop tools and guides for users to enhance the reliability of the expense submissions
  • Communicate to key stakeholders any policy or process changes

Education:

Minimum -

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
  • Two (2) years of travel and experience may be considered in lieu of the degree in addition to the experience below

Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or another related field

Work Experience:

Minimum - Three (3) years of experience in travel and expense

Preferred - Previous leadership and/or supervisory experience
