Schedule: Full-time; Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst in XXXCity to be responsible for the administration and analysis of all sales compensation programs within Schneider's Transportation Management (STM) division. The Sales Compensation Analyst will handle all sales incentives plans, data and reporting for the STM team.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all tasks associated with month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciling, analyzing and auditing.
  • Work with leaders to manage payout files.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for leaders regarding incentives.
  • Analyze incentives data to produce insights and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure data is appropriately maintained and reported on.
  • Develop tools, processes and reports that help with decision making and understanding of cost drivers.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
  • Experience using Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
