Job Description

As the Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor, you will oversee the operational activities of the Environmental Services Department, as well as assist the manager in creating and implementing systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety, and efficiency of the department. Under the guidance of the manager, the EVS Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Complies with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required; Associate degree in related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-year leadership experience, 3 years or more is preferred
  • Experience or specialized training appropriate in the field of environmental services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Work Schedule:

  • Typical hours are day time Monday - Friday. May include evenings and weekends depending on need of department.

Required Qualifications:
