WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Own all business processes for the Manufacturing and Supply functions for nVent's Electrical & Fastening Solutions (EFS) segment

  • Ensure continuity of operations at each site and seek out new ways of delivering stable and reliable business processes and how these processes work together with our newly implemented ERP system, Infor M3

  • Responsible for consistently applying business processes across the Electrical & Fastening Solutions segment in the Manufacturing and Supply workstreams

  • Further develop and use the EFS Business Process Maturity Model to prioritize enhancements to the ERP system

  • Establish improvement plans in alignment with segment/site leaders that directly ties to the EFS Business Process Maturity Model and the Strategy

  • Implement improvement plans that drive significant value to customers and employees in the Manufacturing and Supply workstreams

  • Delivering on annual efficiency targets through implemented improvements

  • Generate global metrics and measure the value delivered for each site

  • Manage the impact and opportunity of continuous software releases (SaaS solution) to minimize business disruptions while taking advantage of new features

  • Implementing M3 ecosystem and standard business processes at all newly acquired EFS locations

  • Lead a global team of 1 to 4 Business Process Analysts

  • Work directly with business users, business analysts, functional analysts and technology experts to deliver superior solutions

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Ideally 7+ years experience in ERP and/or continuous improvement leadership

  • Expert knowledge on Manufacturing and Supply processes. Experience with these processes in the Infor M3 ERP system is preferred, but not required

  • Strong sense for the requirements of the business, and able to translate this into business processes in combination with the Infor M3 ERP.

  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills, across different cultures as well as different levels in the organization

  • Ability to develop, communication and execute on a shared vision developed with the business

  • Skilled in change management, process redesign and critical thinking
