Job Summary:

The Analyst is responsible for forecasting volume and projecting staffing needs to ensure accurate and adequate support for all EPEC business processes. The forecast planner will be expected to accurately project FTE requirements for near-term, long-term, and overall budgeting purposes, while maintaining a minimal forecast-to-actual variance. Other key responsibilities include identifying trends and behaviors to ensure optimal cost effectiveness and operational efficiency, making recommendations to best achieve KPI metrics for the EPEC, and producing representative schedules to meet the EPEC service levels and other goals and objectives.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Two (2) years of workforce management experience in a contact center environment required.

Prior experience with workforce management tools (e.g., Cisco Finesse, Calabrio, IEX, Verint, Aspect) required.

Experience specifically with Cisco telephony and Calabrio WFM preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field required. In lieu of degree, an additional four years of related experience may be considered.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ability to quickly turn large sets of data into meaningful analyses.

Maintains high energy and positive attitude.

Thinks quickly and uses appropriate judgment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Experience with IVR design, modification, and testing preferred.

Experience using Erlang C preferred. SQL experience preferred.
