We are looking for a Sr Manager Retail Analytics to join our Retail Operations team. This role is responsible for
driving the performance of Global Retail through effective and rigorous performance analytics and plays a crucial role to optimizing profitability through data-driven suggestions to develop and evolve the business. The Sr Manager will be responsible for business analysis that will inform & transform Fossil's Retail strategy and in-season tactics, including developing sales & KPI goals, market & site-specific performance, and reinvestment decisions.As a liaison, this role balances overall strategy with in-season risks to achieve goals. This position works collaboratively with cross-functional partners and e-commerce teams to make recommendations and achieve DTC's overall business objectives.

What you will do in this role:

  • Develop Retail sales plans, forecasts, budgets and long-range plans.
  • Play a key role in the Retail growth strategy, inclusive of sales, margin, inventory, and overall profitability.
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for optimal & consistent Retail reporting leveraging industry-leading technology and best practices.
  • In partnership with MP&A and Revenue Management, influence the Retail pricing & promotional roadmap to achieve the goalsofFossil Brand and the Retail channel.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for analytic challenges and approach problems with curiosity to innovate testing strategies and processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with business and technology teams to set goals milestones, and measure success and ROI.
  • Introduce, execute, and support innovative and proactive analytical techniques & technologies that optimize and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Research market trends to understand and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze sales data & trends to identify areas of growth and diagnose opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate insights into actions through data resources and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Planning, Marketing & Field Operations teams to recommend levers to drive and grow Retail KPIs.
  • Analyze weekly, monthly & quarterly Retail performance, and prepare presentations for Senior Leadership, including the Board Of Directors.

Your Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 5+ yearsofmanagement experience in defining business analytic capabilities, breaking them down into actionable components, and work cross-functionally to deliver value
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of current and emerging digital trends and technology.
