The Home & Garden business unit of Spectrum Brands is based in St. Louis, Missouri with distribution, manufacturing and sales offices throughout the US and globe. Job Summary

This position is responsible for monitoring and ensuring that Spectrum Brands Supply Chain performance meets the expectations of our customer(s). The positions primary responsibility is to drive service levels to meet the customers' expectations for our valued customers in the Pet and Home and Garden business.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve service excellence, meet and exceed organizational objectives and support fiscal responsibility.
  • Measure and monitor Spectrum Brands Supply Chain performance to provide near real time indication of key customer metrics.
  • Long-term planning and analysis on customer related compliance fines as reported by the internal organization.
  • Present opportunities for reduction of customer fines and report to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Publish customer calculated metrics to Spectrum Brands.
  • Identify opportunities and projects to close any gap between actual and expected performance.
  • Identify and drive Supply Chain projects that reduce total Supply Chain cost to the customer.
  • Manage all supply chain activity for assigned customer base.
  • Communicate with external customer supply chain contacts to identify improvement opportunities.
Education and Experience Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of supply chain logistics, forecasting and/or sales analysis.
  • Experience required in Excel, Windows, Word, Co-Managed systems, Power BI Application experience is preferred.

Required Skills
  • Must be able to work effectively cross functionally including, but not limited to Inventory Planning, Forecasting, Customer Service, Distribution, Marketing and the Sales organization.
  • Ability to query systems to identify sources of required data for metric purposes.

Work Environment

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

Up to 25% Domestic Travel may be required.
