Responsible for processing orders, document's management and providing support to export & logistics tasks.
Responsibilities
Takes inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers.
Utilizes a database to retrieve customer or company information.
Must be able to learn and follow detailed instructions, use a variety of resources and possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information.
Organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.
Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem solving skills with consistently good voice quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
Data Entry, Bilingual, Customer Service or Logistics background, SAP, or another ERP Knowledge.
Skilled with complex computer applications and resource materials.
Able to use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, knowledge in excel and word, Teamwork.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience as a Finance Clerk, Excel and/or Import/Export knowledge preferred.
