As a Sales Operations Manager in the Wealth Management Client Group within North America Client Group (NACG), you'll be a first line manager working as a business partner to sales and channel leadership. You'll be guiding the development and execution of foundational operational objectives, and strategies in service to the annual business plan. You will also implement and integrate best practices and capabilities across the Sales Operations team and client segments.

  • You'll play a critical role in driving cross-client segment consistency in processes, including business planning, sales and marketing planning, and events/budgeting.
  • We will leverage your expertise to recommend and implement changes to infrastructure where appropriate. You'll establish, monitor, analyze, and disseminate various metrics to guide continuous improvement and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • You will act as an advocate and proxy for Sales Operations needs in broader forums and projects and communicate information to Sales leadership.
  • You'll ensure that the appropriate stakeholders' views and inputs are considered in the direction and development of the initiatives.
  • You will help drive business value by implementing technology and software solutions including ongoing governance for consistent tracking of Wealth Management Sales business and initiatives across all channels.
  • You'll execute initiatives and projects in partnership with the client segment. You'll assemble the appropriate resources and influences the prioritization of work to drive the business outcome.
  • You have 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of implementing change within a highly matrixed organization.


Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
