Service Advisor

Job Description
Our client would like you to join their team as a SERVICE ADVISOR. This is a great full-time, temp to hire opportunity to put your Customer Service skills and computer skills to work! You'll work in a great office/retail environment with the opportunity to join one of Western Wisconsin's largest and most trusted dealerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and quote service estimates (mechanical and body).
- Schedule estimates and repairs
- Ensure each customer receives professional and courteous treatment.
- Coordinate work through warranty repair orders and sales department repair orders.
- Spot check units to ensure quality and completeness of the service work performed by the technician.
- Maintain a safe work environment for service employees.
- Review daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
- Maintain all service records for work that has been performed.
- Follow up and communicate with customers and dealership personnel regarding work being completed.

Requirements:
- Valid Wisconsin drivers license
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivated
PREFFERED
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 2 plus years' service advisor experience
