Our client would like you to join their team as a SERVICE ADVISOR. This is a great full-time, temp to hire opportunity to put your Customer Service skills and computer skills to work! You'll work in a great office/retail environment with the opportunity to join one of Western Wisconsin's largest and most trusted dealerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and quote service estimates (mechanical and body).
Schedule estimates and repairs
Ensure each customer receives professional and courteous treatment.
Coordinate work through warranty repair orders and sales department repair orders.
Spot check units to ensure quality and completeness of the service work performed by the technician.
Maintain a safe work environment for service employees.
Review daily, monthly, and yearly goals.
Maintain all service records for work that has been performed.
Follow up and communicate with customers and dealership personnel regarding work being completed.

Requirements:
Valid Wisconsin drivers license
Ability to operate a forklift
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic
Strong mechanical aptitude
Self-motivated
PREFFERED
Associate or Bachelor's degree
2 plus years' service advisor experience
