JOB DUTIES:
In this position, you will professionally communicate with consumers by telephone to bring resolution to unpaid accounts. Will also locate debtors via company approved skip-tracking methods. All collection activities will be done in accordance with FDCPA, HIPAA, FCRA, along with state and local collection laws.

Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Basic computer skills are required along with the ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- The qualified candidate will become licensed as a debt collector which requires a background check.
