Position Description

The HRIS Manager will ensure successful configuration and ongoing support of HR related systems. The position will assist payroll and HR with oversight and management of HRIS, payroll and timekeeping platforms while ensuring compliance with appropriate audit controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the oversight of designated company HRIS platforms, including SAP, ADP, UKG Dimensions and SuccessFactors
  • Oversee the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS, Performance and Goals and Succession
  • Ensure appropriate change management protocols are followed
  • Ensure adherence to HRIS related FSPs and Audit Controls
  • Partner with the US Payroll manager to ensure continued success of HR related integration files - both incoming and outgoing- from internal/external vendors and platforms
  • Ongoing work with plant HR to review current work instructions and process improvements as related to the HRIS function
  • Ensure HR systems are compliant with labor regulations
  • Maintain system upgrades and ensure data integrity
  • Ensure discreet handling of all business with employees and managers, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Assist and support other human resources functions as needed
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Associates and equivalent work experience, Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • 5+ years experience in HRIS or HRIS support role, SuccessrFactors HRIS experience a plus
  • Experience with SAP, ADP or other payroll system, strong ability to create queries, standard and ad hoc reports in any HRIS/Payroll system
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions a plus
  • Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
  • Excellent skills in the following: verbal and written communication, organization, multi-tasking, analytical, problem-solving
  • Ability to be detail oriented, precise, accurate, and prioritize duties to work on several tasks simultaneously
