This Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business partner for the Global Managed Services (GMS) and Distributed Energy Management (DEM) organizations
  • Manage financial budget and forecast processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial results (including Forecast Package, P&L Flash, month end close journal entries, etc.)
  • Provide meaningful analysis of trends, variances and key metrics to management
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages for business unit owners
  • Build analytical models to assess cost rates
  • Drive process and gross margin improvement
  • Contribute to cross-functional business projects
  • Perform adhoc analysis as required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • This position requires 3+ years of related FP&A experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Desire to contribute and collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, etc.) or equivalent work experience

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of Liberty Lake, WA and will be required to work on-site (2) days per week.


Travel: 0-10%

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $75,000 - $141,000.
