Your opportunity:

As a Sr. Application Engineer you will have the opportunity to join the Customer Insights Team at the Greenheck Group, where we are dedicated to shaping the future of HVAC solutions through strategic market understanding and customer-centric innovation. Engaging regularly with customers to understand their evolving needs will be a central part of your role. You'll be involved in evaluating all touchpoints to our customers and representatives alike, ensuring a seamless and effective experience. Additionally, you will guide the development of processes and tools for internal partners to conduct consistent voice of customer and market research, contributing significantly to our strategic decision-making and market positioning. Your efforts will be key in maintaining our status as an industry leader, driving innovation, and aligning our solutions with the latest industry trends and customer needs.

You will have Voice of Customer (VOC) Expertise by:

  • Acting as a company expert in gathering and interpreting the Voice of the Customer (VOC).

  • Leading initiatives to collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and service development.

  • Developing, administering, and analyzing the Customer Insights quarterly survey.

  • Developing content for the internal, quarterly Customer Insights newsletter.

You will have HVAC Systems and Construction Expertise by:

  • Continuously working to enhance understanding of all HVAC system types and the various control systems and sequences employed with them.

  • Providing internal training on the building design and construction industry, specifically focusing on HVAC systems and technologies.

  • Identifying synergies and opportunities for collaboration across different business units.

  • Leading initiatives to streamline internal efforts and foster a collaborative approach to product and service development.

You will provide Support for Corporate Marketing by:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert to support corporate marketing efforts.

  • Ensuring technical accuracy in marketing images and content.

  • Creating scope, script, and developing short-form educational content for external audiences, enhancing the company's position as an industry leader.

Some things we think you should know:

  • Some travel will be required in this role.

What you should have:

  • Required 6-9 years of relevant work experiencein engineering.

  • Required 4 Year / bachelor's degree in engineering.

  • Preferred Professional Engineering License
