Job Description

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm has positions available for a limited-term, full-time engineering interns to work on aviation projects in our Middleton, WI office starting in May/June 2024 and ending in August/September 2024. A valid driver's license and some overnight travel may be required.

The intern will be responsible for assisting engineers, design technicians, and surveyors with civil engineering projects with the following:

  • Design calculations, quantities, and cost estimates.
  • Performing field inspection, documentation, and survey work
  • Program administration
  • Technical research and writing

Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in pursuit of an engineering or construction management degree.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Civil3D software
  • Construction Field Experience
  • Relative coursework
