The Role:

The Revenue Operations Analyst will support functions essential to sales revenue generation and company growth. These functions include gathering and analyzing data to guide high-level decision-making and improve performance. This role will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled with regards to sales performance. The Revenue Operations Analyst will gain exposure to senior leadership, while working closely with analysts and business owners.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

  • Understand and support the Sales revenue process from data entry to delivery and insights.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
  • Oversee onsite billing reconciliation for revenue recognition.
  • Maintain active Sales Rosters.
  • Respond to recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Utilize the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and reporting tools as a super user to complete data entry, validation, analysis, and reporting related to revenue performance.
  • Help manage data (cleanliness, governance, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis).
  • Support ad-hoc requests and analysis from cross-functional departments.
  • Provide reports from the database that support strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a backup to the Program Desk and Deal Desk, performing related duties.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

You Need to Have:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.)
  • Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to read and create complex formulas and pivot tables
  • A self-starter, displaying interest in acquiring new skills and working with different technologies
  • Detail oriented, capable of managing multiple assignments at one time and results driven
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and work with confidential material
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
  • At ease working with multiple data sources and crosschecking data across systems
  • Possesses sound judgement and integrity
  • Highly motivated and adaptable

We'd Love to See:

  • Experience working with in Sales, Finance, or Business Intelligence (BI) teams
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Customer Experience (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (FO)
