Job Description

Callen, an award-winning design • build company, is seeking a part-time front desk administrative receptionist to join our team in this entry-level position. This team member will work closely with the marketing team and handle tasks as needed to support all departments.

This position is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, and performing other administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, office tech savvy, a solution finder, and a customer care champion.


Responsibilities - including but not limited to:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Greet and provide support to design center visitors
Maintain an organized, tidy, and clean workspace and design center
Schedule sales consultations
Manage database entry of client records within CRM
Collect and distribute mail and other deliveries
Write and edit communications including but not limited to texts and emails
Provide exceptional service and support to clients and co-workers


Qualifications and Requirements– including but not limited to:
Clear, friendly, and professional speaking voice
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work with distractions
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Professional attitude and appearance
HS diploma required
