ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Wautoma, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

Lake of the Woods Campground is searching for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. It offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our campground, assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing information about campground amenities, and ensuring a positive experience.

Reservation Management: Handle campground reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. Utilize reservation software to manage bookings and ensure accurate information.

Store Operations: Work in the campground store, handling transactions, restocking merchandise, and assisting guests with purchases of camping supplies and amenities.

Activity Coordination: Provide information and assistance regarding campground activities and events. Coordinate and support the execution of scheduled activities.

Phone and Email Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries and reservation requests.

Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily cash reports.

Ability to help out where need be including housekeeping and other areas if needed.

Experience & skills you need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
