FTE: Varies

FLSA Status: Exempt

Compensation: Competitive

1. UNDERGRADUATE LECTURER - Implement and facilitate the necessary teaching activities within the undergraduate (UG) nursing curriculum which assists students and faculty in achieving the program objectives. The primary role of Undergraduate Instructional Academic Staff is teaching clinical courses in the UG nursing curriculum.

  • Minimum Education Requirements: MSN
  • Responsible to: Pre-Licensure Program Director

2. GRADUATE LECTURER - Implement and facilitate the necessary teaching activities within the graduate nursing curriculum which assists students and faculty in achieving the program objectives. The primary role of Graduate Instructional Academic Staff is teaching clinical courses in the graduate nursing curriculum.

  • Nurse Educator and/or Clinical Nurse Leader
    • Minimum Education Requirements: MSN
    • Responsible to: Post-Licensure Program Director
  • Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthesia, and/or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
    • Minimum Education Requirements: Master's degree related to program field of study with a willingness to complete a doctorate degree within mutually agreed upon time; DNP or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum Licensure Requirement: Nurse Practitioner, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and/or received additional certification(s) in field of study
    • Responsible to: Post-Licensure Program Director
