ABOUT THE POSITION:
This Regional OTR opportunity will be based in Menomonie, WI. The driver will be hauling dedicated Andersen freight and delivering our windows and doors to our dealers and picking up raw materials to return to Menomonie, WI and/or Bayport, MN. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service.
Offering flexible OTR schedules with 2 full days home! We can accommodate you on the days you want off!

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
