This opportunity requires a highly motivated Recruiter with excellent customer service skills who can work collaboratively in team environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience in recruiting. Excellent time management skills, ability to understand complex job descriptions and source candidates for high level positions with a heavy focus on the skilled trades.
Responsibilities:
Full recruiting life cycle including but not limited to sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various skilled trades roles; review resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Inform candidates fully about the job and company
Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
