Job Description
Norris is seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our team as Campus Manager within the Group Care Program at our Mukwonago campus (Rivers Edge Campus).   This is an exciting position that offers a variety of opportunities to positively impact the lives of the youth in our care, while at the same time further developing and enhancing your skills as a Human Service professional. 

Under the supervision of the Director of Group Care, the Campus Manager (CM) is responsible for the overall milieu across the River’s Edge Campus including on the halls and in the school and community settings. The CM directly supervises Youth Advocacy Coordinators (YAC) and is part of the Group Care Leadership Team. The CM works hand-in-hand with the Group Care Program Managers (REC/RBP), the Director of Training & Professional Development, Director of Clinical Services, Maintenance Team, as well as leaders at Norris Academy to ensure an integrated system of care that provides a safe, structured and intensive therapeutic environment where youth and families can focus on building the skills and resilience that will allow youth to transition back into the community as soon as possible. The CM provides oversight ensuring services, activities, and events take place according to schedules as long as the environment is safe. The CM provides oversight of food services on the REC campus by acting as the main point of contact with the contracted food service provider. The CM also serves as the Food Safety Captain for the whole campus, conducting weekly walk-throughs in the kitchens of each hall and in the campus Cafeteria. The CM acts as the main point of contact with the Norris Academy leadership to ensure consistent care of youth in their educational setting as it translates to the group care milieu.

The CM fulfills weekend and after hours on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis. The CM has Leader on Duty (LOD) and medication administration responsibilities on a periodic basis. The CM ensures sensitivity to the ethnic and cultural diversity of youth, families and employees while effectively communicating and promoting the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of Norris. As a 24/7 treatment program, the CM position requires the individual to work a flexible schedule in order to support the needs of halls and the program and understands that their schedule is subject to change to meet the program’s evolving needs at any time, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field preferred. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required. Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a social service setting required

Special Notes/Instructions
A successful caregiver check, fingerprint scan, physical exam with TB skin test and drug screen are required. A valid WI driver license is required for this position. Eligibility to transport youth in Norris vehicles or in your personal vehicle is preferred.

Range begins at $60,000
Salary offered will be within the stated range and based on education and relevant experience with children involved in the child welfare and/or juvenile justice system. Norris offers a generous benefit package including PTO and Sick time, health/dental/vision/disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, cell phone stipend, 403b.
