Lakeview is adding to our Caregiving team of Community Integration Specialists at our Mill Pond facility!

Assist residents during mealtimes, community outings and vocational opportunities

Provide medical and personal care assistance

Shifts run 7a-3p, 3p-11p* and 11p-7a* (*shift differential pay applies!!)

Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 18 yrs old. Previous caregiving experience and/or CNA certification are strong pluses, but we are also excited to train compassionate and motivated individuals who are new to caregiving. Site Details: The Mill Pond Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) consists of 2 neighboring residences located in Westfield, WI. This group home serves up to 16 residents and specializes in assisting individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, AODA, physical and/or developmental disabilities and other health conditions to learn the skills necessary to regain independence.
