OF FUNCTIONS ? Responsible for ongoing cleaning of apartment common areas and grounds as assigned. ? Responsible for cleaning vacant apartment units to ensure readiness for new residents. ? OF FUNCTIONS ? Prep surfaces for painting, paint and touch up apartment units as needed. ? Make drywall repairs as needed. ? Complete make ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager. ? Complete other maintenance duties as assigned. ? Work within expense limits established. ? Carry pager/cell phone as required for on call maintenance. ? Complete
