LAKELAND COLLEGE, an independent liberal arts college related to the United Church of Christ and located on a scenic rural campus near Lake Michigan in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, seeks two qualified candidates for the above position. Reporting directly to the Help Desk Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all college hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance. The person will also troubleshoot a variety of problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required. Collaboration with and training of student workers will also be required by the technician.
A minimum of an Associate Degree in IT is required. Previous help desk experience preferred.
