Lakeland College, a liberal arts institution offering undergraduate and graduate programs at its eastern Wisconsin main campus and at six other locations around the state, and with a branch campus in Tokyo, Japan, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Director of Information Technology. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Administration, this position provides leadership, strategic planning, and direction to the College for all aspects of technology. The Director manages the development, implementation and maintenance of all information systems and procedures for the College, including academic and administrative databases, network administration, security, telecommunications, applications programming, and user support. The Director also ensures a high level of service to faculty, students, and staff.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field required, master’s degree preferred. Strong skills in leadership, organization, and communication are essential. Experience managing IT services in higher education preferred.
