The Fiore Companies has a long history of forward-thinking business activity. From a single business in 1921, the Fiore Companies has grown into one of Wisconsin’s leading investment groups. With roots in the coal and oil delivery business, Fiore Companies went on to develop Madison’s first gas stations and supermarkets. The mission was, and remains, to develop, own and operate high quality, investment-grade properties and distinctive businesses. From the beginning, we have been an investment company with a long-term view, who believes that the fundamental vitality and strength of our company lies in our people. We believe in conducting our business with integrity, respect and professionalism. We strive to operate our business to exceed customer expectations and to provide superior products, services and experiences.

Fiore Today

Today we own and manage a diversified portfolio of real estate assets, operating businesses, venture capital investments and marketable securities. We provide leasing, property management and asset management services not only to our own portfolio, but to other like-minded real estate investors.

This growth has changed our Companies’ profile, but not our character.
