Sterling Commerce Group is a services retailer. Our inbound call center receives support from our Marketing, Operations and IT staff.   We primarily sell service subscriptions in the telecommunications industry, and our main partners are DISH Network and Frontier.

As a retailer for multiple brands, we advertise for a variety of TV, phone and internet services. Typically, a caller reaches out to us with a service provider already in mind. We help callers find the right package for their needs, and Sales Consultants receive a commission every time their customer's new service is installed!
