Condo Management Associates, LLC is a full-service property management company specializing in managing condominium communities in Dane County. We do not and will not manage apartment communities.

Our company provides measurably better condominium management services to our clients using time tested business procedures and top of the line customer service principles.

We do not charge our clients for postage, copies, long distance or any of the other business services that we provide. That is our cost of doing business and is included in your “per unit per month” contract amount.

We have two full-time staff members whose prior business experience has prepared us to provide our associations with the best management services available in the property management market.
