Starting in 1999, we had the opportunity to create an enhanced method of facilitating and communicating the claims process between insurance companies and collision repair centers.  In 2006, we realized an even greater opportunity – a revolutionary idea using web based technology which includes an all encompassing suite of software tools for maximizing productivity, managing relationships, and enhancing communications throughout the industry.

What resulted?  Well, it’s all predicated on decisions derived from data that enhance business performance and improve results – the creation of PerformanceGateway.

We have partnerships with some of the leading companies in the insurance, automotive, and collision repair industries. Our technology, expertise, and commitment to providing outstanding service has routinely been the difference when developing solutions to help achieve new levels of success & enhance business through improved performance management for our customers.

What is performance management?  We like to think of it as the overall process of providing the right information, to the right person, at the right time, to make the right decision to drive company results higher this year vs. last.

And since we are a web based platform, we offer our products and services with low cost, low risk and fast results in an easy to use, open source environment.
