Our specialized collection software supports countless functions critical to case management, including claims maintenance, fee calculations, audit reports, batch tracking, portfolio liquidation calculations, and automated calendaring. The online inquiry program allows viewing of all payments, activities and notes in chronological order. Each staff person has a PC on his or her desk which allows all members to be responsive immediately to inquiries from the client or the debtor. In addition, our imaging technology enables review of documents from the desktop, without the need to access the hard copy file. |
