Camp Whitcomb/Mason is a year round facility located near Hartland, approximately 35 miles northwest of Milwaukee, on beautiful Lake Keesus.

Situated on 306 acres of hills, fields, wetlands, and forests, Whitcomb/Mason provides campers with a variety of natural experiences. Our lodges, cabins and pavilions are available for rent to school, family, church, non-profit and corporate groups throughout the year.

Camp Whitcomb/Mason, owned and operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, is accredited by the American Camp Association. Throughout the summer, Camp Whitcomb/Mason operates a residential (overnight) and day camp program, which has set the standard of excellence for camping since 1911.

If you are looking for a stimulating and rewarding experience where you can make a difference in a child's life, then Camp Whitcomb/Mason is the place for you! Camp Whitcomb/Mason is a coed, day and overnight camp for ages 7 - 17 located on Lake Keesus in Hartland, Wisconsin.

The camp season begins mid-June with one week of training, then eight weeks of overnight camp, day trips and day camp, and ends in mid-August. All positions, except day camp counselor, are for overnight camp and room and board are provided. The employment period includes working the weekend of the Annual Camp Whitcomb/Mason Triathlon fundraiser.

All staff is required to be a minimum of 18 years of age, have solid experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. We are seeking applicants with a willingness to learn and work hard as a team to create a great summer experience for children.

The mission of Camp Whitcomb/Mason is to provide an imaginative, outdoor educational/recreational experience where youth have the opportunity to develop a sense of competence, usefulness and belonging through their accomplishments, while developing skills, responsibility and respect for others in a safe and healthy non-urban environment.
