Our mission is achieved by working closely with each client to develop and implement a strategic plan for every matter in our office. Falk Metz LLC assembles a trial team based upon the strategic plan in order to deliver the high-end work product each matter deserves. The firm manages case volume so that each trial team has the capacity and time to aggressively represent the client’s interest and eliminate unnecessary delay in the resolution of the litigation.

Each trial team is comprised of a first-chair trial attorney who will manage the case along with at least one Associate and a Paralegal. Depending on the nature of the engagement, the issues presented, and the current phase of the litigation process, the trial team will expand or contract based upon the litigation needs identified in the strategic plan and agreed to by the client. Detailed litigation status reports allow the client to monitor progress and insure that the goals of the strategic plan are met.
