Company Overview

ORP Management LLC contracts for Human Resources services for several companies that provide a variety of human services programs for individuals with disabilities. We have over 1,000 dedicated professionals staffing many different types of residential and supportive programs throughout Wisconsin and Indiana. Our programs provide specialized services for the Developmentally Disabled, the Mentally Ill and those in need of Supportive Living Services.

ORP is well known for quality and cost effective programming. We are a medium-sized health care provider with a national reputation as a leader in specialized intensive treatment care for populations that are difficult to serve.

Many of our jobs are at ODTC~ Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center of WI LLC is a highly respected and recognized provider of services to those in need, specializing in providing residential and school programming to children, adolescents and young adults with dually diagnosed developmental disabilities and emotional disturbances. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Social Services, ODTC operates intensive residential care and total treatment services 24 hours a day 365 days a year. ODTC also offers a Day School Program for children from area school districts in need of more intensive educational services. We serve both males and females, ages 4 to 21. Genetic disorders, seizures and other neurological handicaps are specific areas of expertise.

Children functioning from borderline to low moderate mental retardation, as well as nonverbal children, are served. Other appropriate candidates for treatment include learning disabled, neurologically impaired, behavior disordered, speech and language impaired, autistic-like and pervasive developmental spectrum disorders, cognitively delayed and other children who are health impaired. Low incidence syndrome expertise includes, but is not limited to, Prader-Willi Syndrome, Tourette Syndrome, Klein-Levin, Klinefelter, XYY and other genetic disorders. ODTC is able to serve the needs of some medically handicapped children provided they are ambulatory.

Other open positions may be at Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc. Providing “Homes With a Heart” for those diagnosed with PWS, PWHO is an international leader in the treatment of PWS with more than 30 years of experience. PWHO is one of only a handful of providers in the world with expertise specific to PWS. All staff and ancillary contacts take part in constant and ongoing intensive training to keep abreast of, and lead, the latest developments in treatment. Echoing our commitment to helping people with PWS, PWHO now serves more residents than any other treatment facility in the world.

Originally part of Oconomowoc Developmental Training Center, PWHO’s programs experienced such positive growth, development and recognition, that in July 2002 we became an independent division focused on providing the best in residential community based care for those with PWS.
