Erie Marketing Strategy:

Erie has been working with homeowners for over 40 years selling and installing the best home improvement products in America. To coordinate over 500 employees to that goal takes a firm commitment to understanding each person’s responsibility. The Erie Strategy:
  • Through a variety of marketing we generate and make pre-set and qualified appointments for every sales rep.
  • Our sales reps visit those homes and make a presentation, and often a sale.
  • Our Administrative Department takes over all of the processing of the paperwork. Finance and Accounting assist in the process. Our field engineer will do all final paperwork and measurements. Reps will not be required to complete the final finance paperwork – allowing you to make more sales!
After the Sale – Everything is handled for you!
  • The Field Engineer re-checks all specifications and measurements because each product is custom made for each home.
  • Manufacturing delivers the product to the branch
  • Installation Department assigns and installs all of our products
  • The Administrative Department completes final check of the job. If necessary, our Service personnel follow up with any required service work.
  • Finally, our Sales Reps are expected to visit completed jobs and are expected and compensated to generate self generated sales and referrals.
Job Description of an Erie Representative:
  • Travel to pre-set, face to face appointment in the customer’s home
  • Conduct in home presentation
  • Quote estimate for the home project
  • Establish value of Home Remodeling Project
  • Negotiate Pricing
  • Get the contract Signed!
This involves no cold calling or canvassing. These are all inbound leads that are set, screened, and confirmed for you on a daily basis. Our sales representatives are well trained, highly paid, and motivated people who are working irregular hours selling the best home improvement products in America.

Each Sale Rep receives pre-set, qualified, appointments daily. Appointments are generally schedule for afternoon and evening hours.

Sales Reps work with homeowners to improve their home through an in-home sales presentation. The sales rep is compensated through commission, bonuses, incentive awards, major medical and hospitalization, 401k, exotic vacations, and annual Summit Awards. As an employee taxes and social security contributions are withheld for you.
