Job Objective 

Maintain full occupancy in Independent Living while supporting marketing and admission efforts to achieve full occupancy campus wide.

Job Standards 

1. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with diverse individuals or groups, including written/verbal skills.

2. Desire to work on a personal basis with mature adults and family members.

3. Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

4. Ability to work in a team environment.

5. Professional appearance and manner.

6. Minimum 2-year associate degree, 4 year preferred.

7. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

8. Must have own transportation and a valid WI driver’s license is required.

9. Ability to work independently and prioritize work appropriately with minimal direction. 10. Ability to safely perform essential function of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.

11. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

12. Excellent time management skills.

13. Accurately accounts for time.

14. Accurately accounts for mileage.
